Returns are subject to Our Returns Policy, which details Your rights regarding refunds and replacements. Goods must be in their original condition to qualify for a refund.

Certain Goods, such as personalized items, perishable products, or digital downloads, may not be eligible for returns.

4. Subscriptions

4.1 Subscription Plans & Renewals

Some parts of the Service are available only through a paid subscription. Your Subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

4.2 Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel Your Subscription via Your account settings or by contacting Us. Refunds for prepaid Subscriptions are not provided unless required by law.

The Company reserves the right to modify Subscription prices. We will provide reasonable notice before changes take effect.

6. Intellectual Property

We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

We may suspend or terminate Your access to the Service if You violate these Terms. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will immediately end.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Our Service.

If You have not made any purchases through the Service, Our total liability is limited to $100 USD.
